Spectators: 8457 (Terracing: 6344, Seating: 1944, VIP seats: 169) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Frode Numelin kicked off to start the match. In the 7th minute, Ralf Frejst ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Leontin Matei was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. In the 11th minute, Denis Bourceanu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 28 minutes in the game Nicodim Voiculescu did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Narcis Aursulesei. After 29 minutes, Frode Numelin made it 0-2 with a short kick to the right side. Phoenix Baia-Mare -MM-'s Leontin Matei tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Frode Numelin scored 0-3 in the 33rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Leontin Matei, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 41st minute Monks in Robes were awarded a corner. Bertil Duerlund went to the cornerflag to take it. A nice corner shot did that Bertil Duerlund got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Leontin Matei quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Disappointed in the 0-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Vlad Nicolae stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After 51 played minutes Phoenix Baia-Mare -MM- got a freekick which was hit by Mădălin Nicodim. The crowd rose to their feet as Monks in Robes's Frode Numelin slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Leontin Matei. That made the score 0-4 after 53 minutes of play. Frode Numelin's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Leontin Matei read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 59th minute of play. Leif Sjørlund kicked well hit freekick during the 64th minute of the match. Leif Sjørlund could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 66th minute of the match, but Leontin Matei made a huge save. Monks in Robes's attentive Bertil Duerlund managed to snatch the ball when Nicodim Voiculescu made a throw-in in the 68th minute of the game. Leontin Matei was a little too slow when Frode Numelin got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 70th minute. The score was now 0-5. In the 78th minute, Monks in Robes's Frode Numelin dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-6. In the 87th minute, Narcis Aursulesei hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Maurits Vesterherup showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vlad Nicolae, who was totally free with the ball in the 93rd minute. When Roland Vrbovci fell near the penalty area in the 94th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Monks in Robes's protests and gave Roland Vrbovci a yellow card for diving instead. Roland Vrbovci kicked well hit freekick during the 94th minute of the match. The Phoenix Baia-Mare -MM- supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Monks in Robes's performance. The match ended with a win for Monks in Robes.
