Spectators: 8200 (Terracing: 6150, Seating: 1886, VIP seats: 164) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Per-Erik Bergfeldt started the match with the kick off. Kent Ek received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 3rd minute. Lucas Lidberg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The throw-in from Wictor Sander in the 4th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Bennis's Benny Svensk. In the 5thth minute of the game Eddie Hultman who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Älta BK's Edgar Grep was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Lucas Lidberg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Per-Erik Bergfeldt, who was totally free with the ball in the 11th minute. Eddie Hultman scored 0-1 in the 13th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Edgar Grep, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 17 minutes into the match, Bennis's Eddie Hultman sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Edgar Grep narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The corner ended in Benny Svensk almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Älta BK's Edgar Grep did a great save. Eddie Hultman's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Edgar Grep read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 20th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Bennis's zone, Karl-Åke Käller stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Lucas Lidberg came out of the goal and Karl-Åke Käller tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. A hard shot 27 in the game by Kent Ek from a close distance when the talented Lucas Lidberg managed to make a qualified save. Bennis's players were relieved. Älta BK's Edgar Grep played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eddie Hultman in the 32nd minute of play. In the 35th minute, one of Älta BK:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Älta BK. Edgar Grep had in the 36thth minute some difficulties stopping Benny Svensk's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. In the 39th minute Freddy Saron shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Edgar Grep saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Bennis's Freddy Saron got a free kick in the 47th minute.

Edgar Grep made a fantastic save in the 52nd minute, when Eddie Hultman sent off a good shot on target. Eddie Hultman received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 53rd minute. Edgar Grep tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by You Yu Yin during the 55th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Bennis's Ove Dahlqvist quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Wictor Sander, made in the 58th minute of the game. If Eddie Hultman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Per-Erik Bergfeldt kicked well hit freekick during the 60th minute of the match. 61 minutes in the game Wictor Sander did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Nils-Emil Engman. Nils-Emil Engman made in the 65th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Karl-Åke Käller immediately put the ball in play. 73 minutes into the game, Älta BK's Karl-Åke Käller nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Lucas Lidberg made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-2. When Eddie Hultman came up free with the goalie in the 77th minute, the Bennis fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Eddie Hultman couldn't finish the play. After 80 played minutes Älta BK got a freekick which was hit by Balázs Dzsudzsák. Edgar Grep was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Eddie Hultman showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-3 in the 83 minute of play. After a rather tough play, Bennis's Benny Svensk got a free kick in the 86th minute. In the 86th minute of the match Kent Ek sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Lucas Lidberg skillfully saved the ball. Wictor Sander made in the 90th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Nils-Emil Engman immediately put the ball in play. Benny Svensk hit a great freekick 90 minutes into the match. The Bennis supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Bennis would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
