Lucas Lidberg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marcell Pécsi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 6th minute, Richárd Makai hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 10 minutes into the game, Eddie Hultman cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Miklós Bögi was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Nagyváradi AC's Miklós Bögi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ottorino Skjold in the 13th minute of play. Miklós Bögi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eddie Hultman, who was totally free with the ball in the 14th minute. In the 16th minute Marcell Pécsi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lucas Lidberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Bennis's Lucas Lidberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marcell Pécsi in the 19th minute of play. In the 21st minute, Henrik Hudák hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Ottorino Skjold had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 32ndth minute of the game Ottorino Skjold who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Nagyváradi AC's Miklós Bögi was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marcell Pécsi in the 34th minute of play forced Bennis's goalkeeper Lucas Lidberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Nagyváradi AC booed when Bennis was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 37 match minutes in a wonderful position. Vincent Mattsson didn't get a good kick on the ball. Lucas Lidberg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marcell Pécsi, who was totally free with the ball in the 40th minute. 42 minutes into the match, Bennis's goal looked a bit too open when Marcell Pécsi came free, but Lucas Lidberg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Lucas Lidberg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alfonz Földi, who was totally free with the ball in the 44th minute. Ove Dahlqvist kicked well hit freekick during the 46th minute of the match. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Marcell Pécsi stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Ottorino Skjold's late challenge caught a Nagyváradi AC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ottorino Skjold helped the player get up and apologised. In the 52nd match minute, Bennis was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ottorino Skjold to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marcell Pécsi in the 53rd minute of play forced Bennis's goalkeeper Lucas Lidberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Benny Svensk kicked well hit freekick during the 58th minute of the match. In the 65th minute, Alfonz Földi left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Nagyváradi AC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-2. Jonas Mercurio hit a great freekick 67 minutes into the match. Lucas Lidberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marcell Pécsi in the 73rd minute of the match. Lucas Lidberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alfonz Földi in the 74th minute of play. Ottorino Skjold had several of the Nagyváradi AC's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 76 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 1-3 score and a disappointed Miklós Bögi as he didn't even see the shot coming. Bennis's Lucas Lidberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gyula Török in the 85th minute of play. 87 minutes into the game, Zoltán Solti was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Nagyváradi AC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Bennis the free kick. The supporters of Bennis booed when Nagyváradi AC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 87 match minutes in a wonderful position. Zoltán Solti didn't get a good kick on the ball. A collision led to Bennis getting a freekick after 89 minutes play. Ove Dahlqvist hit a great ball. After some careless play in the Bennis defense, Alfonz Földi kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Lucas Lidberg. The Bennis fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Lucas Lidberg should have stopped the shot. Lucas Lidberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Henrik Hudák in the 94th minute of play. Bennis's Eddie Hultman got a good chance for a goal in the 96th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When the final whistle went the supporters of Bennis were delighted that their team had defeated the much more dominant Nagyváradi AC side.
