Șerban Damian could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 23rd minute of the match, but Amado Ishmael made a huge save. Șerban Damian fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Amado Ishmael having to interfere. A collision led to Curumalán AFC getting a freekick after 30 minutes play. Constantino Jakue hit a great ball. Amado Ishmael made an important save on a dangerous shot by Adam Rednic in the 33rd minute. Corneliu Junilă showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lisandro Ler, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. When Eduardo Cordarrell came up free with the goalie in the 37th minute, the Curumalán AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Eduardo Cordarrell couldn't finish the play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Eduardo Cordarrell in the 43rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Corneliu Junilă saved DINAMO from getting behind. Eliodor Dragu's late challenge caught a Curumalán AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Eliodor Dragu helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Curumalán AFC booed when DINAMO was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 45 match minutes in a wonderful position. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Șerban Damian was the one to do the kick off. Curumalán AFC's Amado Ishmael played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Șerban Damian in the 54th minute of play. With a little luck, DINAMO's Corneliu Junilă got control of the ball when Eduardo Cordarrell tried to sneak it across the goal line. After a rather tough play, Curumalán AFC's Santo Astrada got a free kick in the 59th minute. In the 59th minute of the match Adam Rednic shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Amado Ishmael showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. After 63 minutes of play DINAMO's Eliodor Dragu was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. In the 64th match minute, DINAMO was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eliodor Dragu to maneuver through the defense. In the 68th match minute, DINAMO was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by David Greblă to maneuver through the defense. Basarab Bâlea hit a great freekick 69 minutes into the match. After recieving a nice pass, Curumalán AFC's Santo Astrada tried to score from far away in the 70th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in Curumalán AFC's zone, Șerban Damian stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Amado Ishmael came out of the goal and Șerban Damian tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Eduardo Cordarrell blasted a shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Corneliu Junilă having to make a save. In the 77th match minute, DINAMO was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Basarab Bâlea to maneuver through the defense. Diego Chorche received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Corneliu Junilă came out and tried to block the shot, but Diego Chorche slotted it home off the left post making it 1-1 in the 81st minute. Perico Perez charged in rather forcefully in the 84th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Perico Perez the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. 88 minutes had been played when some careless play by DINAMO's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Santo Astrada was slow to take the kick. During this time Curumalán AFC's players had a chance to rest. Eduardo Cordarrell received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 92nd minute. Corneliu Junilă tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Corneliu Junilă made a fantastic save in the 94th minute, when Eduardo Cordarrell sent off a good shot on target. In the 95th minute, Perico Perez got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal.
