The Karaboudjan fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. Miguel Baptista showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kerim Sulhi in the 12th minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Orhan Seyfi Yalınay in the 13th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Miguel Baptista saved Karaboudjan from getting behind. After some fancy dribbling in the 14th minute, Nazmi Özmut managed to get in a good position for a shot. Seferihisar İdman Gücü's supporters rose to their feet, but Nazmi Özmut was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Miguel Baptista breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After some careless play in the Seferihisar İdman Gücü defense, Mauro Motta kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Erdeniz Laçin. The Seferihisar İdman Gücü fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Erdeniz Laçin should have stopped the shot. In the 20th match minute, Karaboudjan was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Emerson Pinheiro to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, Seferihisar İdman Gücü's Orhan Seyfi Yalınay got a free kick in the 23rd minute. After 25 played minutes Karaboudjan got a freekick which was hit by Emerson Pinheiro. Miguel Baptista made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Orhan Seyfi Yalınay in the 31st minute of play. Erdeniz Laçin made an important save on a dangerous shot by Eugênio Tasso in the 35th minute. The supporters of Seferihisar İdman Gücü booed when Karaboudjan was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 35 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mauro Motta didn't get a good kick on the ball. Karaboudjan's Miguel Baptista played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Orhan Seyfi Yalınay in the 37th minute of play. Orhan Seyfi Yalınay blasted a shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Miguel Baptista having to make a save. 44 minutes into the game, Kahraman Nevruz was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Seferihisar İdman Gücü's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Karaboudjan the free kick. Erdeniz Laçin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eugênio Tasso, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Orhan Seyfi Yalınay made the kick off in the second half. Nazmi Özmut's late challenge caught a Karaboudjan's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Nazmi Özmut helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Seferihisar İdman Gücü's Nazmi Özmut got a free kick in the 54th minute. Orhan Seyfi Yalınay recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 76th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Seferihisar İdman Gücü were furious when Erhun Adıgüzel was red carded, 80 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. 80 minutes into the game, one of Seferihisar İdman Gücü:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. In a very dangerous position, a player in Seferihisar İdman Gücü fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 84th minute. Penalty! An unexpectedly hard shot by Amauri Massa in the 93rd minute of play forced Seferihisar İdman Gücü's goalkeeper Erdeniz Laçin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Karaboudjan's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
