Penalty! 12 minutes into the game, Rafael Lidon cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Hikmat Latuihamalo was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Hikmat Latuihamalo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Leo Veronica in the 15th minute of the match. A collision led to Jakarta Wolf SC getting a freekick after 16 minutes play. Widhie Wijasmara hit a great ball. In the 19th minute Yudha Simangunsong shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rafael Martino saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Leo Veronica recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 24th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The Club Sportivo Italiano fans' excitement grew in the 30th match minute when Club Sportivo Italiano's Leo Veronica looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. After 33 minutes, Winarto Aksan mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Jakarta Wolf SC and the Club Sportivo Italiano players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Jakarta Wolf SC getting a freekick after 33 minutes play. Winarto Aksan hit a great ball. In the 35th minute Segundo Urtun managed to get in a great position but fired away a sharp shot that went outside the goal on the goalie's right hand side. It could just as well have been a goal. Hikmat Latuihamalo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Leo Veronica, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Leo Veronica had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. A collision led to Club Sportivo Italiano getting a freekick after 43 minutes play. Emilio Urtzi hit a great ball. Winarto Aksan recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 44th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Yudha Simangunsong received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 46th minute. Rafael Martino tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 49th minute of the match Krisna Fitriansyah shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Rafael Martino showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.

When Fermin Torres fell near the penalty area in the 53rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Club Sportivo Italiano's protests and gave Fermin Torres a yellow card for diving instead. In the 53rd match minute, Club Sportivo Italiano was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fermin Torres to maneuver through the defense. In the 55th minute the ball was on its way in behind Club Sportivo Italiano's goalkeeper Rafael Martino, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 58 minutes into the match, Jakarta Wolf SC's goal looked a bit too open when Leo Veronica came free, but Hikmat Latuihamalo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Hendri Irama fell near the penalty area in the 59th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Jakarta Wolf SC's protests and gave Hendri Irama a yellow card for diving instead. In the 59th minute, Hendri Irama hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Hikmat Latuihamalo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Leo Veronica in the 61st minute of play. A hard and well directed shot from Rafael Lidon led 63 minutes into the game to a goal after the ball had bounced deceptively just in front of the goal. Jakarta Wolf SC's Hikmat Latuihamalo became a little unsure and couldn't grip the ball before it was over the goalline. Thus it was 3-1. After 67 minutes of play Jakarta Wolf SC's Winarto Aksan was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. Widhie Wijasmara sent away a hard shot on goal in the 73rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Rafael Martino made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Widhie Wijasmara in the 81st minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Club Sportivo Italiano's zone, Widhie Wijasmara stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Rafael Martino came out of the goal and Widhie Wijasmara tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Jakarta Wolf SC's Widhie Wijasmara got a good chance for a goal in the 86th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 87 played minutes Club Sportivo Italiano got a freekick which was hit by Ceferino Blasco. 89 minutes into the match, Jakarta Wolf SC's goal looked a bit too open when Rafael Lidon came free, but Hikmat Latuihamalo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Thanks to some nice moves Widhie Wijasmara could shoot a difficult shot in the 92nd minute, which Rafael Martino however easily saved by the left post. After 92 played minutes Club Sportivo Italiano got a freekick which was hit by Ceferino Blasco. Club Sportivo Italiano's Timoteo Lico was substituted for Florentino Mannie. In the 98th minute, Eman Probosutedjo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When the referee blew the final whistle, Club Sportivo Italiano could leave the field as winners, despite Jakarta Wolf SC having more of the ball for most of the match.
