BMB IMOVEIS SC's supporters rose to their feet, but Anísio Faria was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Saul Luna breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Claudinho Valladares showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Miguel Gomez in the 13th minute of the match. Alan Mejias fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Claudinho Valladares having to interfere. With a little luck, BMB IMOVEIS SC's Claudinho Valladares got control of the ball when Miguel Gomez tried to sneak it across the goal line. A collision led to BMB IMOVEIS SC getting a freekick after 22 minutes play. Júlio Penha hit a great ball. Claudinho Valladares showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Keilor Volio in the 27th minute of the match. After 28 played minutes BMB IMOVEIS SC got a freekick which was hit by Ediberto Bueno. Claudinho Valladares stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Miguel Gomez's shot from short distance in the 29th minute. If Anísio Faria had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Claudinho Valladares showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Keilor Volio, who was totally free with the ball in the 34th minute. Bernie Sanabria kicked well hit freekick during the 39th minute of the match. When CD SHETTANI's Bernie Sanabria in the 45th minute got a chance for a shot 45th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye BMB IMOVEIS SC's goalie prevented a goal. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Júlio Penha was the one to do the kick off. The audience was convinced that Miguel Gomez's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Claudinho Valladares was relentless in the 52nd minute of the game. In the 56th match minute, BMB IMOVEIS SC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Júlio Penha to maneuver through the defense. 65 minutes into the match, CD SHETTANI's Keilor Volio sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Claudinho Valladares narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Claudinho Valladares took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alonzo Chavarria, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Adolfo Pacheco hit a great freekick 82 minutes into the match. Júlio Penha recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 83rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Fabio Osorio's late challenge caught a BMB IMOVEIS SC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Fabio Osorio helped the player get up and apologised. In the 84th match minute, CD SHETTANI was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fabio Osorio to maneuver through the defense. If Anísio Faria had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Alonzo Chavarria hit a great freekick 88 minutes into the match. After some careless play in the BMB IMOVEIS SC defense, Alonzo Chavarria kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Claudinho Valladares. The BMB IMOVEIS SC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Claudinho Valladares should have stopped the shot. When Júlio Penha fell near the penalty area in the 94th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored BMB IMOVEIS SC's protests and gave Júlio Penha a yellow card for diving instead.
