After a rather tough play, Piotrków Trybunalski's Kacper Domala got a free kick in the 3rd minute. Leon Mentus took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Guillermo Bortzaioriz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 10th match minute, Quebrachitos FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Julio Michael to maneuver through the defense. Clemente Louis showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kacper Domala in the 12th minute of the match. When Tadeo Mannie came up free with the goalie in the 14th minute, the Quebrachitos FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tadeo Mannie couldn't finish the play. Leon Mentus showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Guillermo Bortzaioriz, who was totally free with the ball in the 15th minute. Benicio Iban scored 0-1 in the 22nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Leon Mentus, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Tadeo Mannie fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Leon Mentus having to interfere. Celedonio Gaizkine might have been able to make a better finish in the 27th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Leon Mentus. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Celedonio Gaizkine ran back to his position shaking his head. Leon Mentus showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Guillermo Bortzaioriz, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. A collision led to Quebrachitos FC getting a freekick after 31 minutes play. Celedonio Gaizkine hit a great ball. After having played for 34 minutes, Guillermo Bortzaioriz managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Quebrachitos FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Guillermo Bortzaioriz was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Guillermo Bortzaioriz in the 36th minute of play forced Piotrków Trybunalski's goalkeeper Leon Mentus to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Piotrków Trybunalski's Antoni Falke got a free kick in the 36th minute. 46 minutes into the game, Herbert Juroszek was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Piotrków Trybunalski's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Quebrachitos FC the free kick. In a very dangerous position, a player in Piotrków Trybunalski fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 45th minute. Penalty! Piotrków Trybunalski:s Leon Mentus showed great skill when he stopped Lázaro Urtsua:s penalty. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Kacper Domala was the one to do the kick off. In the 54th minute, Guillermo Bortzaioriz made a precise shot to the right of Leon Mentus. Piotrków Trybunalski's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. After a rather tough play, Piotrków Trybunalski's Antoni Falke got a free kick in the 61st minute. Celedonio Gaizkine sent away a hard shot on goal in the 63rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Guillermo Bortzaioriz took the ball and in the 66 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Leon Mentus. Leon Mentus dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. Clemente Louis showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kacper Domala, who was totally free with the ball in the 70th minute. Guillermo Bortzaioriz's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Leon Mentus firmly grabbed it by the left post. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kazimierz Skaradoski in the 76th minute of play forced Quebrachitos FC's goalkeeper Clemente Louis to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Leon Mentus came out of the goal in the 86th minute to try and stop a shot by Quebrachitos FC's Guillermo Bortzaioriz. But to his dismay, Guillermo Bortzaioriz quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-4. Quebrachitos FC's Guillermo Bortzaioriz came free and shot a quick shot against goal 93 minutes in the game, fortunately Leon Mentus had problems saving as it came toward the left post. Guillermo Bortzaioriz could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 95th minute of the match, but Leon Mentus made a huge save.
