Spectators: 7474 (Terracing: 5607, Seating: 1718, VIP seats: 149) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Gervasio Soter got the match started through his kick off. When Peter Askstedt came up free with the goalie in the 3rd minute, the Warberg FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Peter Askstedt couldn't finish the play. Josef Blomqvist could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 4th minute of the match, but Hermengildo Elorri made a huge save. Hermengildo Elorri made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Peter Askstedt in the 9th minute of play. In the 11th minute, Josef Blomqvist hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Lennart Skark fell near the penalty area in the 15th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Warberg FC's protests and gave Lennart Skark a yellow card for diving instead. Lennart Skark kicked well hit freekick during the 15th minute of the match. In the 19th minute Gervasio Soter shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lars-Erik Pettersson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Gervasio Soter in the 22nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Lars-Erik Pettersson saved Warberg FC from getting behind. With an all-out effort, Warberg FC's Hermengildo Elorri threw himself towards the right post 27 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Staffan Bergman, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. After 29 played minutes, Quilmes's Benedicto Iraitz shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Lars-Erik Pettersson came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Quilmes reached it. 32 minutes into the match, Quilmes's goalkeeper Hermengildo Elorri had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Josef Blomqvist. Allan Uggla kicked well hit freekick during the 33rd minute of the match. When Quilmes's Gervasio Soter in the 36th minute got a chance for a shot 36th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Warberg FC's goalie prevented a goal. In the 40th match minute, Warberg FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eric Groth to maneuver through the defense. Lars-Erik Pettersson stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Gervasio Soter's shot from short distance in the 46th minute. The crowd rose to their feet as Staffan Bergman kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Hermengildo Elorri. That made the score 1-0 in the 48 minute of play. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Staffan Bergman was the one to do the kick off. Hermengildo Elorri made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Peter Askstedt in the 55th minute of play. Lennart Skark hit a great freekick 67 minutes into the match. In the 71st match minute, Quilmes was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Melquiades Paz to maneuver through the defense. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Kristoffer Strand during the 73rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Quilmes booed when Warberg FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 73 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kristoffer Strand didn't get a good kick on the ball. Gervasio Soter scored 1-1 in the 76th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Lars-Erik Pettersson, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 84 minutes into the match, Warberg FC's goal looked a bit too open when Gervasio Soter came free, but Lars-Erik Pettersson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 86th match minute, Quilmes was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Marcial Ellande to maneuver through the defense. After 90 played minutes Warberg FC got a freekick which was hit by Isaac Elg. In the 91st minute of the match David Peli sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Lars-Erik Pettersson skillfully saved the ball. Baldomiro Ariando sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of Quilmes booed when Warberg FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 97 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eric Groth didn't get a good kick on the ball. David Peli could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 98th minute of the match, but Lars-Erik Pettersson made a huge save. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
