Spectators: 7516 (Terracing: 5638, Seating: 1728, VIP seats: 150) Arsen Agolli took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Radoy Pentov, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. FK LIQENORET's Arsen Agolli proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 6th minute of the match, managed to save FK LIQENORET from getting a goal against them. In the 13th minute, Stoyko Babachev hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The crowd rose to their feet as Radoy Pentov kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Arsen Agolli. That made the score 1-0 in the 20 minute of play. Botev Plovdiv 1912's Martin Deribeev played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Iljaz Rama in the 24th minute of play. After 26 played minutes FK LIQENORET got a freekick which was hit by Frank Simaku. The audience thought a goal was coming when Doychin Penelov got free with Arsen Agolli in the 36th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 38 played minutes FK LIQENORET got a freekick which was hit by Migjen Bekolli. When Genadi Manov came up free with the goalie in the 39th minute, the Botev Plovdiv 1912 fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Genadi Manov couldn't finish the play. 42 minutes into the match, Mustafa Dabulla notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Botev Plovdiv 1912's Martin Deribeev. Martin Deribeev was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 47th match minute, FK LIQENORET was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Frank Simaku to maneuver through the defense. Doychin Penelov received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 48th minute. Arsen Agolli tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The wind increased when Doychin Penelov made the kick off in the second half. Mihail Sokerov scored 2-1 in the 56th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Arsen Agolli, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 60th minute Iljaz Rama shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Martin Deribeev saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Mustafa Dabulla came up free with the goalie in the 61st minute, the FK LIQENORET fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Mustafa Dabulla couldn't finish the play. If Alban Opari had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 69th minute, Bone Starchev hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 75 minutes, Iljaz Rama mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the FK LIQENORET and the Botev Plovdiv 1912 players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 75 played minutes FK LIQENORET got a freekick which was hit by Iljaz Rama. Radoy Pentov sent away a hard shot on goal in the 79th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. If Doychin Penelov had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Radoy Pentov fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Arsen Agolli having to interfere. Arsen Agolli made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Genadi Manov in the 94th minute of play. After 95 played minutes FK LIQENORET got a freekick which was hit by Migjen Bekolli. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Botev Plovdiv 1912 fully deserved thier win.
