A collision led to Club Sports Pergamino getting a freekick after 9 minutes play. Lorenzo Marin hit a great ball. Ernesto Arce made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lorenzo Marin in the 12th minute of play. Ernesto Arce took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lorenzo Marin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of Club Sports Pergamino booed when New Miran FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 14 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lúcio Leal didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Lúcio Leal fell near the penalty area in the 17th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored New Miran FC's protests and gave Lúcio Leal a yellow card for diving instead. After 23 played minutes Club Sports Pergamino got a freekick which was hit by Emanuel Jerano. Ernesto Arce showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lorenzo Marin, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. Paulo Napier made a fantastic save in the 39th minute, when Mauro Couto sent off a good shot on target. In the 41st match minute, New Miran FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Laerte Freitas to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of Club Sports Pergamino booed when New Miran FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 45 match minutes in a wonderful position. Felippe Catarinense didn't get a good kick on the ball. Isaac Dolfos took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 46th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Ernesto Arce. New Miran FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Mauro Couto to strike the kick off in the second half. Emanuel Jerano could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 53rd minute of the match, but Ernesto Arce made a huge save. 59 minutes into the game, Lorenzo Marin cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Ernesto Arce was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 62nd minute, one of New Miran FC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for New Miran FC. Ernesto Arce didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Isaac Dolfos went, in the 63rd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. Saul Savier recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 66th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After having played for 72 minutes, Emanuel Jerano managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Club Sports Pergamino's supporters crossed their fingers, but Emanuel Jerano was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Laerte Freitas hit a great freekick 76 minutes into the match. Ernesto Arce showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Isaac Dolfos in the 77th minute of the match. In the 88th match minute, New Miran FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Vinícius Coelho to maneuver through the defense. Paulo Napier took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mauro Couto, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The Club Sports Pergamino supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Club Sports Pergamino would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
