When the match clock showed 20 minutes, the score became 0-2 when Edgar Domini sped through T H F C's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Julian Goodwick. Mickey Kohler made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jimmy Hanson in the 25th minute of play. Mickey Kohler made a fantastic save in the 28th minute, when Ted Wiseman sent off a good shot on target. An unexpectedly hard shot by Edgar Domini in the 32nd minute of play forced T H F C's goalkeeper Julian Goodwick to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 35 played minutes, B O B I S A's Aaron Arnold shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Julian Goodwick came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in B O B I S A reached it. Edgar Domini's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Julian Goodwick read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 36th minute of play. 37 minutes into the match, T H F C's goal looked a bit too open when Jefferson Lange came free, but Julian Goodwick reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. B O B I S A's Mickey Kohler proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 44th minute of the match, managed to save B O B I S A from getting a goal against them. In the 46th minute Jimmy Hanson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mickey Kohler saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Maximilien Gisler hit a great freekick 47 minutes into the match. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

A hard shot 52 in the game by Edgar Domini from a close distance when the talented Julian Goodwick managed to make a qualified save. T H F C's players were relieved. Julian Goodwick made a fantastic save in the 53rd minute, when Edgar Domini sent off a good shot on target. Kris Renner kicked well hit freekick during the 67th minute of the match. Toby Fleischer recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 69th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. T H F C's Julian Goodwick played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edgar Domini in the 70th minute of play. 73 minutes into the match, B O B I S A's goal looked a bit too open when Ted Wiseman came free, but Mickey Kohler reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With an all-out effort, B O B I S A's Julian Goodwick threw himself towards the right post 76 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Jefferson Lange, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. When the match had gone on for 77 minutes, Jimmy Hanson put it in 1-2 from a short distance just to the right of Mickey Kohler. T H F C's Julian Goodwick proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 81st minute of the match, managed to save T H F C from getting a goal against them. The audience was convinced that Edgar Domini's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Julian Goodwick was relentless in the 82nd minute of the game. When the match was over B O B I S A could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than T H F C throughout the match.
