Spectators: 7549 (Terracing: 5663, Seating: 1736, VIP seats: 150) An unexpectedly hard shot by Walery Rydzewski in the 4th minute of play forced T H F C's goalkeeper Julian Goodwick to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 8th minute Kajetan Soliwoda shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Julian Goodwick saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Tytus Hatman fell near the penalty area in the 11th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored The Irons Chorzów's protests and gave Tytus Hatman a yellow card for diving instead. After 10 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for The Irons Chorzów! T H F C's Julian Goodwick proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 15th minute of the match, managed to save T H F C from getting a goal against them. 17 minutes into the match, Ted Wiseman had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Stasio Chazon. The Irons Chorzów's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ted Wiseman was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. Slawomir Mentus could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 20th minute of the match, but Julian Goodwick made a huge save. After 22 played minutes The Irons Chorzów got a freekick which was hit by Ulryk Nowakowski. Ted Wiseman took the ball and in the 22 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Stasio Chazon. Stasio Chazon dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. In the 26th minute Ted Wiseman shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Stasio Chazon saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Julian Goodwick made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Wojciech Molski in the 29th minute of play. Ted Wiseman's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Stasio Chazon read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 32nd minute of play. Walery Rydzewski fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Julian Goodwick having to interfere. 39 minutes into the game, Tymoteusz Zerde was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. The Irons Chorzów's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave T H F C the free kick. If Jimmy Hanson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Stasio Chazon showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jimmy Hanson, who was totally free with the ball in the 46th minute. When Ulryk Nowakowski was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 47 minutes had been played. A collision led to The Irons Chorzów getting a freekick after 47 minutes play. Ulryk Nowakowski hit a great ball. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-3.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Wojciech Molski to strike the kick off in the second half. Basil Rushforth hit a great freekick 52 minutes into the match. In the 54th minute, Wojciech Molski got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The supporters of The Irons Chorzów booed when T H F C was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 54 match minutes in a wonderful position. Graeme Tompkins didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 55th minute, Wojciech Molski got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. T H F C's Julian Goodwick played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tymoteusz Zerde in the 58th minute of play. Tymoteusz Zerde fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Julian Goodwick having to interfere. When Tymoteusz Zerde came up free with the goalie in the 63rd minute, the The Irons Chorzów fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tymoteusz Zerde couldn't finish the play. Ted Wiseman received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 72nd minute. Stasio Chazon tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Tytus Hatman got his second yellow card in the match during the 74th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. A collision led to The Irons Chorzów getting a freekick after 75 minutes play. Tytus Hatman hit a great ball. In the 81st minute, Walery Rydzewski got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Jimmy Hanson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Graeme Tompkins charged in rather forcefully in the 86th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Graeme Tompkins the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to T H F C getting a freekick after 86 minutes play. Graeme Tompkins hit a great ball. Ted Wiseman succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 0-4 in the 92nd playminute. T H F C's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
