In the 4th minute, Tarkan Akçay ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Angelino Barto was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. The supporters of Cementerio Club booed when Samsunspor was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 6 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mecnun Başer didn't get a good kick on the ball. 0-2 became the score in the 9th minute when Mecnun Başer elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. If Tarkan Akçay had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Samsunspor's Mecnun Başer got a good chance for a goal in the 15th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Cementerio Club's attentive Fidel Rico managed to snatch the ball when Diego Armando de Alcântara made a throw-in in the 17th minute of the game. After 19 played minutes Samsunspor got a freekick which was hit by Mecnun Başer. Samsunspor were furious when Recep Tayyip Değirmencioğlu was red carded, 21 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. The referee gave Cementerio Club a penalty, 23 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Melchor Brion, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Samsunspor's Müfit Tolgahan. 1-2. Clodoveo Fonso received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 26th minute. Müfit Tolgahan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Cementerio Club's Angelino Barto played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Şafak Şeref in the 29th minute of play. Angelino Barto made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tarkan Akçay in the 30th minute of play. 31 minutes into the game, Samsunspor's Şafak Şeref nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Angelino Barto made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-3. If Tarkan Akçay had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 37th match minute, Cementerio Club was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Julio Turi to maneuver through the defense. Tarkan Akçay fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Angelino Barto having to interfere. Angelino Barto made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Şafak Şeref in the 43rd minute of play. Angelino Barto showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tarkan Akçay in the 45th minute of the match. Clodoveo Fonso kicked well hit freekick during the 47th minute of the match. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-3 lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Tarkan Akçay stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Cementerio Club's Melchor Brion got a good chance for a goal in the 52nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 55 minutes into the match, Samsunspor's goal looked a bit too open when Clodoveo Fonso came free, but Müfit Tolgahan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Tarkan Akçay fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Angelino Barto having to interfere. Cementerio Club's Angelino Barto played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Şafak Şeref in the 59th minute of play. Angelino Barto showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tarkan Akçay in the 60th minute of the match. Angelino Barto showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tamer Mengüç, who was totally free with the ball in the 61st minute. Müfit Tolgahan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Clodoveo Fonso in the 62nd minute of play. Melchor Brion fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Müfit Tolgahan having to interfere. After some careless play in the Cementerio Club defense, Şafak Şeref kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Angelino Barto. The Cementerio Club fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Angelino Barto should have stopped the shot. If Şafak Şeref had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Fidel Rico kicked well hit freekick during the 78th minute of the match. Cementerio Club's defense didn't have a chance, in the 80th minute, when Tarkan Akçay scored to the left of an out of position Angelino Barto, making the score, 1-5. After having played for 83 minutes, Clodoveo Fonso managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Cementerio Club's supporters crossed their fingers, but Clodoveo Fonso was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. A sloppy throw-in by Diego Armando de Alcântara in the 85th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Cementerio Club's Fidel Rico. Melchor Brion sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 89 minutes into the match, Samsunspor's goal looked a bit too open when Clodoveo Fonso came free, but Müfit Tolgahan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Angelino Barto made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tarkan Akçay in the 96th minute of play. When the final whistle sounded Samsunspor left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Cementerio Club.
