An unexpectedly hard shot by Balendin Juan in the 6th minute of play forced Maxaranguape - FSCMZ's goalkeeper Oséias de Castro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Balendin Juan charged in rather forcefully in the 16th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Refugio Depino showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. After having played for 29 minutes, Agostinho Moreno managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Maxaranguape - FSCMZ's supporters crossed their fingers, but Agostinho Moreno was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Refugio Depino showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nuno Gomes in the 32nd minute of the match. In the 37th minute, Nuno Gomes ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Refugio Depino was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. 43 minutes into the match, Club Olimpia's goal looked a bit too open when Nuno Gomes came free, but Refugio Depino reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 45 minutes into the game, Agostinho Moreno cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Refugio Depino was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

Oséias de Castro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Balendin Juan in the 54th minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Nuno Gomes got free with Refugio Depino in the 63rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The crowd rose to their feet as Maxaranguape - FSCMZ's Andrézinho Gaúcho slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Refugio Depino. That made the score 0-3 after 77 minutes of play. José Lucas kicked well hit freekick during the 90th minute of the match. 92 minutes into the match, Maxaranguape - FSCMZ's goal looked a bit too open when Balendin Juan came free, but Oséias de Castro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
