The tension between the 【AC】骑士 and the Zamalek FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, 【AC】骑士's 柯诚树 got a free kick in the 21st minute. 杜浩国 made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Carson Sherrill in the 24th minute of play. A collision led to 【AC】骑士 getting a freekick after 24 minutes play. 杨军翀 hit a great ball. When 何俊晨 came up free with the goalie in the 26th minute, the 【AC】骑士 fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that 何俊晨 couldn't finish the play. After some fancy dribbling in the 28th minute, 柯诚树 managed to get in a good position for a shot. 【AC】骑士's supporters rose to their feet, but 柯诚树 was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Merlin Dolan breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 32 played minutes 【AC】骑士 got a freekick which was hit by 何俊晨. The supporters of 【AC】骑士 booed when Zamalek FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 35 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dillon Reynolds didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 36th minute, 邵宽思 sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Zamalek FC's Merlin Dolan didn't even have to move. After a defensive mix-up in Zamalek FC's zone, 何俊晨 stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Merlin Dolan came out of the goal and 何俊晨 tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 麦铮帆 charged in rather forcefully in the 46th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed 麦铮帆 the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to 【AC】骑士 getting a freekick after 46 minutes play. 麦铮帆 hit a great ball. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for 柯诚树 to strike the kick off in the second half. After 51 played minutes 【AC】骑士 got a freekick which was hit by 麦铮帆. The audience thought a goal was coming when 柯诚树 got free with Merlin Dolan in the 55th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. With his leg Merlin Dolan managed to avoid a goal in the 64thth minute, when 【AC】骑士's 柯诚树 fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. 杜浩国 showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Malcolm Neal, who was totally free with the ball in the 69th minute. 柯诚树 came free with the goalkeeper in the 72nd minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Merlin Dolan could save by the left post. 【AC】骑士's 杜浩国 played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Malcolm Neal in the 74th minute of play. 柯诚树 sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If 何俊晨 had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Merlin Dolan made an important save on a dangerous shot by 柯诚树 in the 83rd minute. After 83 played minutes Zamalek FC got a freekick which was hit by Denny Olson. 87 minutes into the game, 柯诚树 recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Merlin Dolan. 柯诚树 showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-1. If 何俊晨 had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 97 minutes into the game, Malcolm Neal cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-1. 杜浩国 was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. For all the effort they put into the match, the 【AC】骑士 players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Zamalek FC.
