An unexpectedly hard shot by Alfredão Vander in the 9th minute of play forced Los Andes FC - FSCMZ's goalkeeper Cauan Paiva to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After having played for 11 minutes, Roger de Barros managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Marquês de Herval's supporters crossed their fingers, but Roger de Barros was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Roger de Barros kicked well hit freekick during the 12th minute of the match. Matheus Soeiro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Edvaldo Pinho in the 13th minute of the match. Zeca Cardoso recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 26th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Edvaldo Pinho came up free with the goalie in the 35th minute, the Los Andes FC - FSCMZ fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Edvaldo Pinho couldn't finish the play. In the 37th minute, Zeca Cardoso hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Matheus Soeiro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gilvan Sabóia, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 46 minutes of play, Los Andes FC - FSCMZ's Zeca Cardoso made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Matheus Soeiro was left in no man's land by his defense there! After the first half Los Andes FC - FSCMZ were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Zeca Cardoso was the one to do the kick off. In the last second Matheus Soeiro throw himself and got hold of the ball when Zeca Cardoso in the 60thth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. After 65 minutes of play, Marquês de Herval's Alfredão Vander made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Cauan Paiva was left in no man's land by his defense there! After 73 minutes, Fabrício Arce mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Los Andes FC - FSCMZ and the Marquês de Herval players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Marquês de Herval booed when Los Andes FC - FSCMZ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 73 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fabrício Arce didn't get a good kick on the ball. Matheus Soeiro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zeca Cardoso, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Dráuzio Bastos kicked well hit freekick during the 77th minute of the match. Matheus Soeiro was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 78th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Fabrício Arce. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 83 minutes into the game, Edvaldo Pinho was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Los Andes FC - FSCMZ's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Marquês de Herval the free kick. Edvaldo Pinho kicked well hit freekick during the 83rd minute of the match. In the 90th minute Alfredão Vander shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cauan Paiva saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 90th minute, Gilvan Sabóia hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a little luck, Marquês de Herval's Matheus Soeiro got control of the ball when Edvaldo Pinho tried to sneak it across the goal line.
