Cléber Mazza showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hector Criston, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Alfredinho Loyola to strike the kick off in the second half. Robinho Secco fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Amadeo Rufio having to interfere. In the 60th minute, Maurício Nunes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Hector Criston struck a weak shot in the 61st minute. Cléber Mazza didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Liberland. Robinho Secco blasted a shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Amadeo Rufio having to make a save. 73 minutes into the match, Liberland's goal looked a bit too open when Maurício Nunes came free, but Amadeo Rufio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Emerson Sheikh fell near the penalty area in the 77th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored ҜΔΜƗҜΔŽ€Ş ĆƗΜŽ's protests and gave Emerson Sheikh a yellow card for diving instead. In the 77th match minute, ҜΔΜƗҜΔŽ€Ş ĆƗΜŽ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Emerson Sheikh to maneuver through the defense. In the 96th minute Emerson Sheikh shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Amadeo Rufio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The Liberland supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Liberland would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
