Spectators: 7568 (Terracing: 5677, Seating: 1740, VIP seats: 151) Vincent Ibaute started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Palmeiras's Márcio Freitas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Matteo Raigadas in the 9th minute of play. Márcio Freitas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Vincent Ibaute in the 10th minute of the match. In the 13thth minute of the game Vincent Ibaute who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Palmeiras's Márcio Freitas was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The supporters of Claretiano FC booed when Palmeiras was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 16 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rodriguinho Carneiro didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gaizko Cosmen in the 17th minute of play forced Palmeiras's goalkeeper Márcio Freitas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 19th minute, Vincent Ibaute managed to get in a good position for a shot. Claretiano FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Vincent Ibaute was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Márcio Freitas breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Matteo Raigadas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 21st minute. Márcio Freitas tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Márcio Freitas came out of the goal in the 24th minute to try and stop a shot by Claretiano FC's Vincent Ibaute. But to his dismay, Vincent Ibaute quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. When Claretiano FC's Vincent Ibaute in the 27th minute got a chance for a shot 27th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Palmeiras's goalie prevented a goal. Claretiano FC's Denis Segura got a good chance for a goal in the 32nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After some fancy dribbling in the 40th minute, Denis Segura managed to get in a good position for a shot. Claretiano FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Denis Segura was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Lino Berrahondo during the 72nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 72nd match minute, Claretiano FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lino Berrahondo to maneuver through the defense. Márcio Freitas made an important save on a dangerous shot by Vincent Ibaute in the 80th minute. Nilton Bastos blasted a shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Kaiet Rivera having to make a save. After some careless play in the Claretiano FC defense, Nilton Bastos kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Kaiet Rivera. The Claretiano FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Kaiet Rivera should have stopped the shot. In the 84th minute Rodriguinho Mazza shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kaiet Rivera saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Vincent Ibaute in the 87thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Márcio Freitas, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Eusko Grado hit a great freekick 88 minutes into the match. In the 94th minute Vincent Ibaute shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Márcio Freitas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Claretiano FC played a much better game than Palmeiras and deserved their victory. The Palmeiras players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
