After a rather tough play, Club Vertigo's Răzvan Mirciulescu got a free kick in the 7th minute. 9 minutes into the match, Club Vertigo's goal looked a bit too open when Edson Mendes came free, but Remus Greavu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Remus Greavu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Doni Senna in the 18th minute of the match. Edson Mendes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 22nd minute. Remus Greavu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 23 minutes, Daniel Chirea mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Club Vertigo and the Olivedos players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 23 played minutes Club Vertigo got a freekick which was hit by Daniel Chirea. Remus Greavu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Edson Mendes in the 25th minute of the match. The supporters of Olivedos booed when Club Vertigo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 26 match minutes in a wonderful position. Daniel Chirea didn't get a good kick on the ball. Abel Reis didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Răzvan Mirciulescu went, in the 30th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Romeo Galiceanu during the 34th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 33rd minute of the game. One of Club Vertigo:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Olivedos:s goal. Ulysses Romero charged in rather forcefully in the 41st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ulysses Romero the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 41st minute, Ulysses Romero hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The supporters of Club Vertigo booed when Olivedos was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 44 match minutes in a wonderful position. Doni Senna didn't get a good kick on the ball. After the first half Club Vertigo were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Edson Mendes to make the kick off. 59 minutes into the match, Club Vertigo's goal looked a bit too open when Doni Senna came free, but Remus Greavu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 61st minute, Răzvan Mirciulescu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to Olivedos getting a freekick after 67 minutes play. Doni Senna hit a great ball. In the 71st match minute, Olivedos was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jonathan Santos to maneuver through the defense. Abel Reis took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dorin Amandiței, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Filip Bocșa recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 76th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 79 minutes into the match, Olivedos's goalkeeper Abel Reis had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Dorin Amandiței. Abel Reis showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Răzvan Mirciulescu, who was totally free with the ball in the 82nd minute. The crowd rose to their feet as Dorin Amandiței kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Abel Reis. That made the score 0-2 in the 87 minute of play. In the 91st minute, Jonathan Santos hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Remus Greavu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Albertinho Cavalcante, who was totally free with the ball in the 95th minute. Club Vertigo played a much better game than Olivedos and deserved their victory. The Olivedos players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
