The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. A collision led to FC DNV Bratiskava getting a freekick after 6 minutes play. Matúš Krajíček took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gonçalo Varela, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ramiro Bragança made in the 35th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by FC DNV Bratiskava's Dušan Jankech. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Gonçalo Varela in the 37th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Matúš Krajíček prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Matúš Krajíček made an important save on a dangerous shot by Cristiano Valadares in the 41st minute. Pavol Repa's late challenge caught a KINDERUZ's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Pavol Repa helped the player get up and apologised. The audience thought a goal was coming when Angélico Ornelas got free with Matúš Krajíček in the 42nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 43 minutes of play FC DNV Bratiskava's Pavol Repa was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. Pavol Repa hit a great freekick 44 minutes into the match. With a little luck, FC DNV Bratiskava's Matúš Krajíček got control of the ball when Filipe Azeredo tried to sneak it across the goal line. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Gonçalo Varela stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Lucas Graça was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Marek Kríž showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-1 in the 51 minute of play. Tomáš Dano kicked well hit freekick during the 54th minute of the match. 56 minutes into the game, KINDERUZ's Angélico Ornelas nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Matúš Krajíček made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-1. 62 minutes into the match, Angélico Ornelas notched a goal, 3-1, to the right of FC DNV Bratiskava's Matúš Krajíček. Matúš Krajíček was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Ramiro Mansilha hit a great freekick 67 minutes into the match. In the 69th minute, Marek Kríž fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Lucas Graça, passed just outside the right post. In the 70th minute, Gonçalo Varela left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The KINDERUZ fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-1. Cristiano Valadares scored 5-1 in the 73rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Matúš Krajíček, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 79th minute Gonçalo Varela shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Matúš Krajíček saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Matúš Krajíček made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cristiano Valadares in the 93rd minute of play. 95 minutes into the match, Gonçalo Varela had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Matúš Krajíček. FC DNV Bratiskava's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Gonçalo Varela was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 6-1.
