Spectators: 7530 (Terracing: 5649, Seating: 1731, VIP seats: 150) Kjell-Arne Norström made the kick off and thus started the match. After 5 played minutes Billesholm got a freekick which was hit by Stig-Ove Odman. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alf Andersson in the 10th minute of play forced Billesholm's goalkeeper Dan Lagerberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Niclas Svanberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kjell-Arne Norström in the 15th minute of play. After a rather tough play, LA VIOLA's Adam Karlberg got a free kick in the 20th minute. Dan Lagerberg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Adam Karlberg, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 24th minute, Kjell-Arne Norström ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Niclas Svanberg was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. In the 31st minute the ball was on its way in behind Billesholm's goalkeeper Dan Lagerberg, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Johan Pihlblad kicked well hit freekick during the 33rd minute of the match. After 38 played minutes LA VIOLA got a freekick which was hit by Alf Andersson. After a rather tough play, LA VIOLA's Göran Jernberg got a free kick in the 44th minute. The LA VIOLA players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Billesholm were winning 0-1.

The wind increased when Jens-Ove Gustafsson made the kick off in the second half. 55 minutes into the match, LA VIOLA's goal looked a bit too open when Robin Hellkvist came free, but Niclas Svanberg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Dan Lagerberg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jens-Ove Gustafsson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jens-Ove Gustafsson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dan Lagerberg having to interfere. After 62 played minutes Billesholm got a freekick which was hit by Mark Holmgren. A collision led to Billesholm getting a freekick after 65 minutes play. Edvin Vase hit a great ball. Jan Fagerberg's late challenge caught a LA VIOLA's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Jan Fagerberg helped the player get up and apologised. After 67 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Billesholm! Dan Lagerberg had in the 68thth minute some difficulties stopping Alf Andersson's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. 68 minutes into the match, Alf Andersson had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Dan Lagerberg. Billesholm's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Alf Andersson was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. A collision led to Billesholm getting a freekick after 72 minutes play. Mark Holmgren hit a great ball. Göran Jernberg hit a great freekick 73 minutes into the match. In the 80th minute, LA VIOLA's Sten Galle seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Sten Galle the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of LA VIOLA protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Sten Galle had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. After 81 played minutes LA VIOLA got a freekick which was hit by Sten Galle. The audience thought a goal was coming when Melker Barck got free with Niclas Svanberg in the 82nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Niclas Svanberg made a fantastic save in the 84th minute, when Robin Hellkvist sent off a good shot on target. Jens-Ove Gustafsson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 86th minute. Dan Lagerberg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 89 played minutes Billesholm got a freekick which was hit by Jan Fagerberg. In the 90th minute of the match Göran Jernberg sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Dan Lagerberg skillfully saved the ball. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
