Oscar Goiano hit a great freekick 29 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, Ibirama Futebol Clube's Frederico de Moraes got a free kick in the 31st minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Oscar Goiano got free with Conrado Linares in the 54th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Dário Vianna lost his temper 59 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. When the match had been going on for 61 minutes, Sporting Uai MzC™'s Luiz Paulo Camargo got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Conrado Linares. Sporting Uai MzC™'s Luiz Paulo Camargo couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 66th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Ibirama Futebol Clube. In the 69th minute, Sporting Uai MzC™'s Álvaro Sá dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-2. Conrado Linares made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Daniel Queirós in the 73rd minute of play. After 78 minutes, Oscar Goiano mouthed his way into the referee's book. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Sporting Uai MzC™ would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
