Zé Paulo Sá made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gualterio Estebano in the 11th minute of play. Iron Maiden Football OFF's Zé Paulo Sá proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 14th minute of the match, managed to save Iron Maiden Football OFF from getting a goal against them. Anibal Hegoi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Zé Paulo Sá having to interfere. 19 minutes into the game, Gualterio Estebano cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Zé Paulo Sá was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After a rather tough play, PLASNIKE's Israel Gomesano got a free kick in the 27th minute. 31 minutes into the match, Iron Maiden Football OFF's goal looked a bit too open when Gualterio Estebano came free, but Zé Paulo Sá reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Anibal Hegoi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Iron Maiden Football OFF's Dagoberto Vander got a free kick in the 34th minute. The tension between the PLASNIKE and the Iron Maiden Football OFF players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, PLASNIKE's Anastasio Diegotxe got a free kick in the 45th minute. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Valdir Terra was the one to do the kick off. After having played for 52 minutes, Anastasio Diegotxe managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. PLASNIKE's supporters crossed their fingers, but Anastasio Diegotxe was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 53rd minute Gualterio Estebano shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zé Paulo Sá saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Iron Maiden Football OFF's Zé Paulo Sá played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Anibal Hegoi in the 57th minute of play. PLASNIKE's Vladimiro Egoitz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Valdir Terra in the 79th minute of play. Gualterio Estebano received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 82nd minute. Zé Paulo Sá tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Zé Paulo Sá took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gualterio Estebano, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. PLASNIKE's Anibal Hegoi got a good chance for a goal in the 88th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 92nd minute Anibal Hegoi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zé Paulo Sá saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 94 minutes of play, PLASNIKE's Anastasio Diegotxe made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Zé Paulo Sá was left in no man's land by his defense there! Iron Maiden Football OFF's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
