In the 23rd minute Benedykt Jarosiewicz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marcel Schlagbauer saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 27th match minute, SK Fenerbahce Wien was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nico Kuhlmann to maneuver through the defense. Marcel Schlagbauer made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Remigiusz Zywiec in the 29th minute of play. Marcel Schlagbauer was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-3.

Marcel Schlagbauer came out of the goal in the 52nd minute to try and stop a shot by KS Piastów Sosnowiec's Benedykt Jarosiewicz. But to his dismay, Benedykt Jarosiewicz quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-4. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Nico Kuhlmann during the 63rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to SK Fenerbahce Wien getting a freekick after 63 minutes play. Nico Kuhlmann hit a great ball. Wojciech Mirowski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sascha Frings, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, SK Fenerbahce Wien's Daniel Kahl got a free kick in the 67th minute. With a little luck, SK Fenerbahce Wien's Marcel Schlagbauer got control of the ball when Benedykt Jarosiewicz tried to sneak it across the goal line. Andreas Hellmich kicked well hit freekick during the 81st minute of the match. In the 82nd minute of the match Wincenty Oryl shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Marcel Schlagbauer showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. If Wincenty Oryl had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 95th match minute, KS Piastów Sosnowiec was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Remigiusz Zywiec to maneuver through the defense. KS Piastów Sosnowiec played a much better game than SK Fenerbahce Wien and deserved their victory. The SK Fenerbahce Wien players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
