Spectators: 7506 (Terracing: 5630, Seating: 1726, VIP seats: 150) Sven-Edvin Karlberg made the kick off and thus started the match. In the 9th minute, Olof Granqvist reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Denis Niva. The goal made the score 1-0. Denis Niva came out of the goal in the 13th minute to try and stop a shot by Hermanö Oilers's Wilhelm Cane. But to his dismay, Wilhelm Cane quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. Denis Niva showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Emil Wallgren, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fermin Domingues in the 18th minute of play forced Hermanö Oilers's goalkeeper Nils Alén to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 19 minutes, Emil Wallgren mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Hermanö Oilers and the Independiente players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Hermanö Oilers's Emil Wallgren got a free kick in the 19th minute. Hermanö Oilers's Dan Hermansson suffered a concussion after 23 minutes and had to leave the field. Gaspar Cibran's late challenge caught a Hermanö Oilers's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Gaspar Cibran helped the player get up and apologised. In the 25th match minute, Independiente was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gaspar Cibran to maneuver through the defense. The crowd rose to their feet as Hermanö Oilers's Sven-Edvin Karlberg slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Denis Niva. That made the score 3-0 after 30 minutes of play. A collision led to Hermanö Oilers getting a freekick after 39 minutes play. Emil Wallgren hit a great ball. When Emil Wallgren was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 41 minutes had been played. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Fermin Domingues made the kick off in the second half. Fermin Domingues's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Nils Alén firmly grabbed it by the left post. Olof Granqvist kicked well hit freekick during the 57th minute of the match. Fermin Dominguess short, quick shot in the 59thth minute got Nils Alén to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. 70 minutes into the game, Wilhelm Cane cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-0. Denis Niva was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 74th minute, Freddy Romelio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Sven-Edvin Karlberg in the 75th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Denis Niva prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Olof Granqvist kicked well hit freekick during the 85th minute of the match. Victoriano Beat was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 89 minutes into the match. After 90 played minutes Independiente got a freekick which was hit by Victoriano Beat. In the 91st minute the ball was on its way in behind Independiente's goalkeeper Denis Niva, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. When Gabriel Berbiz came up free with the goalie in the 94th minute, the Independiente fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gabriel Berbiz couldn't finish the play. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Hermanö Oilers had won after a very even match.
