Seating: 1730, VIP seats: 150) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Conrado Abajas took the kick off in the first half of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Geoffry Borginions got free with Vicente Berdoi in the 3rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The supporters of Dutch Rebels booed when Halcones Azules was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 4 match minutes in a wonderful position. Edgardo Malvin didn't get a good kick on the ball. Adolf Cappelsmans struck a weak shot in the 7th minute. Vicente Berdoi didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Dutch Rebels. Adolf Cappelsmans received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 8th minute. Vicente Berdoi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Conrado Abajas in the 12th minute of play forced Dutch Rebels's goalkeeper Tobias Moerman to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Pascal Vanhaeren had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Isidro Cuarto received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 25th minute. Tobias Moerman tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Vicente Berdoi was out of position in the 26 minute of play, and Geoffry Borginions capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Geoffry Borginions really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. Vicente Berdoi didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 30th minute, which inside left pole to 2-0. After a rather tough play, Halcones Azules's Armando Monico got a free kick in the 33rd minute. Halcones Azules's Isidro Cuarto got a good chance for a goal in the 34th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Pascal Vanhaeren fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vicente Berdoi having to interfere. Vicente Berdoi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Robbie Van Den Brande, who was totally free with the ball in the 44th minute. Tobias Moerman made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Isidro Cuarto in the 48th minute of play.
In the 53rdth minute of the game Pascal Vanhaeren who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Halcones Azules's Vicente Berdoi was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Vicente Berdoi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Adolf Cappelsmans, who was totally free with the ball in the 55th minute. Pascal Vanhaeren sent away a hard shot on goal in the 58th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Horacio Ikatz came up free with the goalie in the 71st minute, the Halcones Azules fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Horacio Ikatz couldn't finish the play. Halcones Azules made a substitution. Geoffry Borginions fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vicente Berdoi having to interfere. Geoffry Borginions charged in rather forcefully in the 92nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Geoffry Borginions the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 92nd match minute, Dutch Rebels was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Geoffry Borginions to maneuver through the defense. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Dutch Rebels had won after a very even match.
