Spectators: 7713 (Terracing: 5786, Seating: 1774, VIP seats: 153) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Natalio Polentzi took the kick off in the first half of the match. If Natalio Polentzi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 3rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 7th minute Brian Izaga shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gavino Bras saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 8th minute Gonzalo Perl shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gavino Bras saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Jonas Lalla came up free with the goalie in the 9th minute, the Yaji FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jonas Lalla couldn't finish the play. After 13 minutes, Elias Longa mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Magallanes and the Yaji FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Magallanes's Val Mac Millan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Natalio Polentzi in the 16th minute of play. Adolfo Cordera recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 19th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Natalio Polentzi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 23rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, Magallanes's Lino Bombal got a free kick in the 24th minute. Prospero Francesco fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Val Mac Millan having to interfere. A collision led to Yaji FC getting a freekick after 28 minutes play. Adolfo Cordera hit a great ball. Gavino Bras made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gonzalo Perl in the 40th minute of play. 45 minutes into the match, Yaji FC's goal looked a bit too open when Gonzalo Perl came free, but Gavino Bras reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

Prospero Francesco fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 51st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Val Mac Millan having to interfere. 54 minutes into the match, Yaji FC's goalkeeper Gavino Bras had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Gerónimo Brito. Val Mac Millan stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Natalio Polentzi's shot from short distance in the 56th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 62nd minute, Prospero Francesco managed to get in a good position for a shot. Yaji FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Prospero Francesco was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Val Mac Millan breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 67 played minutes Magallanes got a freekick which was hit by Lino Bombal. 68 minutes into the match, Magallanes's goal looked a bit too open when Natalio Polentzi came free, but Val Mac Millan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Prospero Francesco in the 73rd minute of play forced Magallanes's goalkeeper Val Mac Millan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 76 minutes of play, Yaji FC's Prospero Francesco made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Val Mac Millan was left in no man's land by his defense there! Prospero Francesco sent away a hard shot on goal in the 81st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 84 minutes into the match, Gerónimo Brito dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Gavino Bras, 2-1. Nunez Danel's late challenge caught a Magallanes's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Nunez Danel helped the player get up and apologised. Yaji FC were disappointed that they only managed a draw, even though they felt themselves to be the better team.
