The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Febre Amarela's defense didn't have a chance, in the 15th minute, when Atle Boge scored to the left of an out of position Hélio Sarmento, making the score, 1-0. After some fancy dribbling in the 19th minute, Allan Melo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Febre Amarela's supporters rose to their feet, but Allan Melo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Balder Sundstrøm breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When Febre Amarela's Caio Sanches in the 21st minute got a chance for a shot 21st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. In the 32nd minute, Tobias Lind hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ballkam Sportsklubb's Balder Sundstrøm played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bebeto Machado in the 33rd minute of play. After 34 minutes, Kevin Sørheim made it 2-1 with a short kick to the right side. Febre Amarela's Hélio Sarmento tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 37th match minute, Febre Amarela was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hélder Custódio to maneuver through the defense. Håkon Hoffmann hit a great freekick 43 minutes into the match. In the 47thth minute of the game Allan Melo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Ballkam Sportsklubb's Balder Sundstrøm was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.
After 52 minutes Ballkam Sportsklubb's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Bebeto Machado who took care of the corner kick. A nice corner shot did that Nestor de Amaral got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Balder Sundstrøm quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Bebeto Machado fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Balder Sundstrøm having to interfere. Balder Sundstrøm showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Allan Melo, who was totally free with the ball in the 59th minute. When the match clock showed 61 minutes, the score became 3-1 when Kevin Sørheim sped through Febre Amarela's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Hélio Sarmento. After a rather tough play, Febre Amarela's Luís Guilherme Damião got a free kick in the 64th minute. Ballkam Sportsklubb's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Thomas Zahl in the 66th minute. Ballkam Sportsklubb's Thomas Zahl was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Hélio Sarmento in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. After a rather tough play, Ballkam Sportsklubb's Atle Boge got a free kick in the 68th minute. Allan Melo came free with the goalkeeper in the 74th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Balder Sundstrøm could save by the left post. Balder Sundstrøm made a fantastic save in the 76th minute, when Allan Melo sent off a good shot on target. After some fancy dribbling in the 77th minute, Bebeto Machado managed to get in a good position for a shot. Febre Amarela's supporters rose to their feet, but Bebeto Machado was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. The supporters of Febre Amarela booed when Ballkam Sportsklubb was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 86 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eilert Ismail didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 87 played minutes, Febre Amarela's Bebeto Machado shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Balder Sundstrøm came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Febre Amarela reached it. Kevin Sørheim fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hélio Sarmento having to interfere. Christiano Cosme lost his temper 92 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. 92 minutes into the game, one of Febre Amarela:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Febre Amarela:s Hélio Sarmento showed great skill when he stopped Atle Boge:s penalty. 94 minutes into the game, Ballkam Sportsklubb's Atle Boge nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Hélio Sarmento made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-1. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Ballkam Sportsklubb had won after a very even match.
