In the 4th minute Vladimiro Graça shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Damian Vieru saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After having played for 6 minutes, Amado Matos managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Inácio Leite made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mugurel Tudose in the 21st minute of play. Claudiu Râznicu hit a great freekick 22 minutes into the match. Inácio Leite made an important save on a dangerous shot by Dragoş Sălcudeanu in the 25th minute. The supporters of Emerald booed when Viseu United was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 28 match minutes in a wonderful position. Norberto Flores didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Mugurel Tudose in the 35th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Inácio Leite saved Viseu United from getting behind. In the 39th minute, Filipe Foden hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After having played for 42 minutes, Amado Matos managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Costin Frânculescu hit a great ball. In the 54th minute, Mugurel Tudose made a precise shot to the right of Inácio Leite. Viseu United's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. Inácio Leite took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mugurel Tudose, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Dragoş Sălcudeanu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Inácio Leite having to interfere. If Amado Matos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Inácio Leite made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dragoş Sălcudeanu in the 75th minute of play. Damian Vieru made an important save on a dangerous shot by Norberto Flores in the 76th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mugurel Tudose in the 79th minute of play forced Viseu United's goalkeeper Inácio Leite to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 85 minutes into the match, Viseu United's Vladimiro Graça sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Damian Vieru narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Viseu United's Inácio Leite played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mugurel Tudose in the 86th minute of play. When Claudiu Râznicu fell near the penalty area in the 89th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Emerald's protests and gave Claudiu Râznicu a yellow card for diving instead. Claudiu Râznicu hit a great freekick 89 minutes into the match. Emerald's Damian Vieru proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 91st minute of the match, managed to save Emerald from getting a goal against them. Inácio Leite didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Mugurel Tudose went, in the 94th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-0 was the resulting score. Emerald's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
