The supporters of Aguila Romana booed when Barrabases de Victoria was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 17 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fausto Mendizabal didn't get a good kick on the ball. The supporters of Barrabases de Victoria booed when Aguila Romana was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 20 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eustaquio Firme didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 24th minute, Barrabases de Victoria's Octavio Parro ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Rafael Bemabe. Rafael Bemabe yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. Candido Ustariz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jeronimo Beltran in the 27th minute of the match. The supporters of Aguila Romana booed when Barrabases de Victoria was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 30 match minutes in a wonderful position. José Carlos Delgado didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 35th minute Esteve Senen shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Candido Ustariz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Esteve Senen in the 38th minute of play forced Barrabases de Victoria's goalkeeper Candido Ustariz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to Aguila Romana getting a freekick after 39 minutes play. Esteve Senen hit a great ball. After 45 minutes, Eustaquio Firme mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Aguila Romana and the Barrabases de Victoria players grew even worse after the yellow card. Eustaquio Firme hit a great freekick 45 minutes into the match. Rafael Bemabe took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Octavio Parro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The wind increased when Esteve Senen made the kick off in the second half. Octavio Parro recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 59th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Barrabases de Victoria's Ariano Soffia got a good chance for a goal in the 61st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Aguila Romana's Haroldo Lonzo was substituted for Julian Tiniebra. Aguila Romana's Cirilo Gau was substituted for Federico Jurdan. 64 minutes into the match, Aguila Romana's goal looked a bit too open when Octavio Parro came free, but Rafael Bemabe reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a little luck, Barrabases de Victoria's Candido Ustariz got control of the ball when Esteve Senen tried to sneak it across the goal line. After a rather tough play, Aguila Romana's Bernardino Espiridion got a free kick in the 77th minute. Claudio Turpin struck a weak shot in the 78th minute. Rafael Bemabe didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Barrabases de Victoria. After some fancy dribbling in the 85th minute, Reinaldo Pagueguy managed to get in a good position for a shot. Barrabases de Victoria's supporters rose to their feet, but Reinaldo Pagueguy was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Rafael Bemabe breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 87th minute, Reinaldo Pagueguy left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Barrabases de Victoria fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. After having played for 90 minutes, Victorio Hitz managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Aguila Romana's supporters crossed their fingers, but Victorio Hitz was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After some careless play in the Aguila Romana defense, Reinaldo Pagueguy kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Rafael Bemabe. The Aguila Romana fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Rafael Bemabe should have stopped the shot. Barrabases de Victoria were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Aguila Romana for a fine match.
