Aguila Romana's Osvaldo Breogan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Óscar Andrade in the 20th minute of play. The supporters of Aguila Romana booed when Campus Douro Academy was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 23 match minutes in a wonderful position. Yuri Trigueiro didn't get a good kick on the ball. When the match had been going on for 42 minutes, Campus Douro Academy's Juliano Magalhães got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Osvaldo Breogan. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Óscar Andrade in the 47th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Osvaldo Breogan prevented the ball from getting in the gole.

The wind increased when Juliano Magalhães made the kick off in the second half. Sebastian Pepillo tried to clear up in front of the goal, but didn't succeed and rather the ball rolled into the own goal to the right of a despaired Osvaldo Breogan. An unnecessary self made goal, 2-0 in the 53rd minute. Eustaquio Firme received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 57th minute. Silvano Dantas tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 59 minutes into the match, Campus Douro Academy's goal looked a bit too open when Gaston Niva came free, but Silvano Dantas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
