Spectators: 7713 (Terracing: 5786, Seating: 1774, VIP seats: 153) Justin Shuttleworth started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. The audience was convinced that Marcelo Pedriza's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Dan Elwick was relentless in the 3rd minute of the game. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Hanot Mendez during the 21st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 21 played minutes Clube Esportivo Saudade got a freekick which was hit by Hanot Mendez. Albano Jauregui could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 27th minute of the match, but Dan Elwick made a huge save. Dan Elwick took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Albano Jauregui, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 43 minutes into the match, Coventry Wasps's goal looked a bit too open when Marcelo Pedriza came free, but Dan Elwick reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gonsalve Torres kicked well hit freekick during the 46th minute of the match.

The wind increased when Marcelo Pedriza made the kick off in the second half. Dan Elwick made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marcelo Pedriza in the 52nd minute of play. Florinio Mendez made a fantastic save in the 54th minute, when Justin Shuttleworth sent off a good shot on target. When Txomin Suarez fell near the penalty area in the 56th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Clube Esportivo Saudade's protests and gave Txomin Suarez a yellow card for diving instead. Txomin Suarez hit a great freekick 57 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, Coventry Wasps's Greg Corcoran got a free kick in the 61st minute. If Justin Shuttleworth had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 76th minute, Txomin Suarez hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 77th minute, Greg McMahon sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Clube Esportivo Saudade's Florinio Mendez didn't even have to move. 80 minutes into the match, Clube Esportivo Saudade's goal looked a bit too open when Justin Shuttleworth came free, but Florinio Mendez reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Justin Shuttleworth fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Florinio Mendez having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Clube Esportivo Saudade's Hanot Mendez got a free kick in the 83rd minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Neron Ruiz during the 87th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Coventry Wasps made a substitution. Jamal Sullivan replaced Justin Shuttleworth. After a rather tough play, Clube Esportivo Saudade's Neron Ruiz got a free kick in the 89th minute. In the 91st minute, Greg McMahon hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 93 minutes into the match, Clube Esportivo Saudade's goalkeeper Florinio Mendez had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jamal Sullivan. In the 95thth minute of the game Jamal Sullivan who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Clube Esportivo Saudade's Florinio Mendez was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Clube Esportivo Saudade succeeded in salvaging a draw, even though Coventry Wasps had controlled the match.
