Sportivo Fernet Branca's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Seggiano the free kick. The supporters of Seggiano booed when Sportivo Fernet Branca was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 3 match minutes in a wonderful position. Silvano Iaki didn't get a good kick on the ball. Emiliano Apicella took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dante Millan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Emiliano Apicella made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jonathan Eutropio in the 11th minute of play. In the 12th minute, Anthony Presutti made a precise shot to the right of Baldomero Buinton. Sportivo Fernet Branca's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. After some careless play in the Sportivo Fernet Branca defense, Armando Pompilio kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Baldomero Buinton. The Sportivo Fernet Branca fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Baldomero Buinton should have stopped the shot. Emiliano Apicella came out of the goal in the 27th minute to try and stop a shot by Sportivo Fernet Branca's Mauricio Omero. But to his dismay, Mauricio Omero quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. If Jonathan Eutropio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Seggiano getting a freekick after 37 minutes play. Will Robinson hit a great ball. When the match had gone on for 42 minutes, Armando Pompilio took a quick shot and it went in 3-1 without a chance for Baldomero Buinton to make any attempt to save it. After a rather tough play, Sportivo Fernet Branca's Dante Millan got a free kick in the 46th minute. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Jonathan Eutropio stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Cesare De Iuliis kicked well hit freekick during the 51st minute of the match. The supporters of Seggiano booed when Sportivo Fernet Branca was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 54 match minutes in a wonderful position. Vinicio Hanot didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 55 played minutes, Seggiano's Alessandro Pantalone shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Baldomero Buinton came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Seggiano reached it. 62 minutes in the game Gaston Rafe did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Mauricio Omero. Anthony Presutti charged in rather forcefully in the 63rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Anthony Presutti the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Anthony Presutti hit a great freekick 64 minutes into the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jonathan Eutropio got free with Emiliano Apicella in the 65th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Silvano Iaki kicked well hit freekick during the 67th minute of the match. If Armando Pompilio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Baldomero Buinton took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Armando Pompilio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The crowd rose to their feet as Sportivo Fernet Branca's Vinicio Sotil slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Emiliano Apicella. That made the score 3-2 after 80 minutes of play. Baldomero Buinton showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Armando Pompilio, who was totally free with the ball in the 83rd minute. From a short distance, Sportivo Fernet Branca's Jonathan Eutropio, in the 93rd minute, tried to place the ball behind Emiliano Apicella, but the ball hit the right post on the wrong side and went out. With 97 minutes on the clock, Federico Nardone commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. Jonathan Eutropio shot the penalty kick by force right in the crossbar. No goal. For all the effort they put into the match, the Sportivo Fernet Branca players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Seggiano.
