Petruț Ţopescu was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After 21 played minutes Res Non Verba got a freekick which was hit by Patricio Osuna. Rai Pedros showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sabin Crușeveanu, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. Delphine Stars's Petruț Ţopescu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luisito Eguilaz in the 25th minute of play. In the 28th minute, Araoz Montaño hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Txerran Gotor struck a weak shot in the 44th minute. Petruț Ţopescu didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Res Non Verba. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Luisito Eguilaz to strike the kick off in the second half. A collision led to Delphine Stars getting a freekick after 52 minutes play. Denis Prezan hit a great ball. Luisito Eguilaz struck a weak shot in the 53rd minute. Petruț Ţopescu didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Res Non Verba. Txerran Gotor could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 56th minute of the match, but Petruț Ţopescu made a huge save. Txerran Gotor sent away a hard shot on goal in the 58th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 61st minute, Patricio Osuna hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 65th minute, Aurelian Ţăranu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Petruț Ţopescu didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Luisito Eguilaz went, in the 66th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-2 was the resulting score. In the 83rd minute of the match Cristian Baștină sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Rai Pedros skillfully saved the ball. Gică Melinte recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 90th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The Res Non Verba players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
