FC Fanaticii's Emanuel Giurcă played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Wágner Sousa in the 2nd minute of play. Júnior Massa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Șerban Nanu in the 5th minute of play. When FC Fanaticii's Adrian Jitaru in the 11th minute got a chance for a shot 11th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye F.Salgado F.C.'s goalie prevented a goal. A collision led to F.Salgado F.C. getting a freekick after 13 minutes play. Paulão de Amaral hit a great ball. Júnior Massa came out of the goal in the 17th minute to try and stop a shot by FC Fanaticii's Francisc Ciocâlteu. But to his dismay, Francisc Ciocâlteu quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. The supporters of FC Fanaticii booed when F.Salgado F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 24 match minutes in a wonderful position. Paulão de Amaral didn't get a good kick on the ball. Júnior Massa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ernest Poplăcean, who was totally free with the ball in the 25th minute. Raimundo Terra fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Emanuel Giurcă having to interfere. With a little luck, FC Fanaticii's Emanuel Giurcă got control of the ball when Dagoberto Souza tried to sneak it across the goal line. When the match clock showed 41 minutes, the score became 0-2 when Adrian Jitaru sped through F.Salgado F.C.'s defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Júnior Massa. After the first half FC Fanaticii were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Adrian Jitaru stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Emanuel Giurcă made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Wágner Sousa in the 52nd minute of play. The supporters of F.Salgado F.C. booed when FC Fanaticii was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 55 match minutes in a wonderful position. Francisc Ciocâlteu didn't get a good kick on the ball. Wágner Sousa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 58th minute Wágner Sousa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Emanuel Giurcă saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of F.Salgado F.C. booed when FC Fanaticii was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 60 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eusebiu Oanță didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 65 played minutes, F.Salgado F.C.'s Emanuel Bertassi shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Emanuel Giurcă came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in F.Salgado F.C. reached it. 74 minutes into the match, Wágner Sousa notched a goal, 1-2, to the right of FC Fanaticii's Emanuel Giurcă. Emanuel Giurcă was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After a defensive mix-up in FC Fanaticii's zone, Dagoberto Souza stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Emanuel Giurcă came out of the goal and Dagoberto Souza tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 80 minutes into the match, Wágner Sousa notched a goal, 2-2, to the right of FC Fanaticii's Emanuel Giurcă. Emanuel Giurcă was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 87th minute, Raimundo Terra made a precise shot to the right of Emanuel Giurcă. FC Fanaticii's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-2. After 89 played minutes FC Fanaticii got a freekick which was hit by Robert Răducu. Emanuel Giurcă took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Wágner Sousa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. F.Salgado F.C. walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
