In the 5th minute of the match Mateus Urbano shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Nelson Guimarães showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Eriberto dos Santos's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 6thth minute, Nelson Guimarães skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. In the 13th match minute, Jenipapo SC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Emílio de Amaral to maneuver through the defense. In the 14th minute of the match Eduardo Reis shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Rony Dionísio showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. In the 15th minute João Pedro das Neves shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rony Dionísio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Onze Bravos FC - FDFDF booed when Jenipapo SC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 16 match minutes in a wonderful position. Emílio de Amaral didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 17 minutes of play, Onze Bravos FC - FDFDF's Jonathan Santana made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Rony Dionísio was left in no man's land by his defense there! Nelson Guimarães showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Moisés das Neves in the 21st minute of the match. A collision led to Onze Bravos FC - FDFDF getting a freekick after 21 minutes play. Alexandre Castro hit a great ball. In the 22nd minute, Eriberto dos Santos left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Jenipapo SC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-2. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Moisés das Neves in the 27th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Nelson Guimarães prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 33rd minute, Jonathan Santana left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Onze Bravos FC - FDFDF fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-3. In the 39th minute Tostão Borges shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nelson Guimarães saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Rony Dionísio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from João Pedro das Neves, who was totally free with the ball in the 42nd minute. 44 minutes into the match, Jonathan Santana notched a goal, 1-4, to the right of Jenipapo SC's Rony Dionísio. Rony Dionísio was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After having played for 47 minutes, Matías Cavalcante managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Onze Bravos FC - FDFDF's supporters crossed their fingers, but Matías Cavalcante was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-4 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Eriberto dos Santos stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After 52 played minutes Jenipapo SC got a freekick which was hit by Moisés das Neves. Rony Dionísio was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 53rd minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Eduardo Reis. A collision led to Jenipapo SC getting a freekick after 54 minutes play. Emílio de Amaral hit a great ball. Rony Dionísio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jonathan Santana in the 58th minute of play. Rony Dionísio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jonathan Santana, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Eduardo Reis's shot from long distance was a real pearl which went to the right and just passed Rony Dionísio - 1-6 was put on the score board in the 72nd minute. Waldemar Rodrigues hit a great freekick 77 minutes into the match. Matías Cavalcante hit a great freekick 81 minutes into the match. In the 83rd minute, Armando Trevisan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. João Pedro das Neves sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Matías Cavalcante who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 91stth minute tested the skills of Rony Dionísio when he managed to save the team from getting behind.
