Cyryl Liberko acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 35th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Hortêncio Nogueira. Rony Dionísio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Julian Wolicki in the 38th minute of play. After 40 minutes of play, Skarpa Ełk's Arkadiusz Dulka made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Rony Dionísio was left in no man's land by his defense there! Armando Trevisan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 46th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

In the 51st minute Eriberto dos Santos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cyryl Liberko saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Jenipapo SC booed when Skarpa Ełk was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 56 match minutes in a wonderful position. Stasio Wojtyna didn't get a good kick on the ball. The supporters of Jenipapo SC booed when Skarpa Ełk was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 62 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mieszko Mazierski didn't get a good kick on the ball. Cyryl Liberko took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eriberto dos Santos, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Rony Dionísio was out of position in the 90 minute of play, and Mieszko Mazierski capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Mieszko Mazierski really showed his touch with that goal: 2-3. Rony Dionísio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Wladyslaw Borczak in the 94th minute of the match. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
