Charles Ceresso charged in rather forcefully in the 5th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. Premier FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Joel Britto succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-0 in the 8th playminute. Baltazar Prata showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Casimiro Gonzales in the 13th minute of the match. Joel Britto took the ball and in the 16 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Eusebio Heriberto. Eusebio Heriberto dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. Eusebio Heriberto took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Charles Ceresso, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jânio Madureira scored 3-0 in the 23rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Eusebio Heriberto, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Alfonso Pudes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 26th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, Premier FC's Robinho Penha got a free kick in the 27th minute. After having played for 32 minutes, Joel Britto managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Premier FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Joel Britto was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 33 minutes, Eugenio Esdras mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Marlin FC and the Premier FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Marlin FC getting a freekick after 33 minutes play. Eugenio Esdras hit a great ball. A hard shot by Luís Eduardo Capixaba from long distance, 34 minutes into the match, got Eusebio Heriberto's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. Florentino Esiquio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 36th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 38th minute of the match Rubens Maia sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Eusebio Heriberto skillfully saved the ball. After 39 played minutes Marlin FC got a freekick which was hit by Nicanor Monico. Eusebio Heriberto came out of the goal in the 45th minute to try and stop a shot by Premier FC's Joel Britto. But to his dismay, Joel Britto quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-0. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 4-0 at half-time.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Florentino Esiquio to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 51st minute, Florentino Esiquio reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Baltazar Prata. The goal made the score 4-1. 55 minutes into the match, Marlin FC's goal looked a bit too open when Joel Britto came free, but Eusebio Heriberto reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 57th minute, Joel Britto ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Eusebio Heriberto was frozen by the shot and now it was 5-1. In the 61st minute, Wilfredo Izel got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Luís Eduardo Capixaba hit a great freekick 62 minutes into the match. The supporters of Marlin FC booed when Premier FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 65 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ezequiel Campidelis didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 66 played minutes Premier FC got a freekick which was hit by Luís Eduardo Capixaba. 69 minutes into the match, Joel Britto notched a goal, 6-1, to the right of Marlin FC's Eusebio Heriberto. Eusebio Heriberto was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Eusebio Heriberto showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Charles Ceresso in the 74th minute of the match. 77 minutes into the match, Florentino Esiquio dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Baltazar Prata, 6-2. In the 81st minute Joel Britto shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eusebio Heriberto saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Florentino Esiquio really showed his touch with that goal: 6-3. Higinio Truylos received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Baltazar Prata came out and tried to block the shot, but Higinio Truylos slotted it home off the left post making it 6-4 in the 94th minute. Premier FC's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
