The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Alfred Sandberg helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Golden Lions FC's Alfred Sandberg got a free kick in the 4th minute. Wiktor Lingren showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Xever Yanes in the 5th minute of the match. In the 5th minute, Xever Yanes ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Wiktor Lingren was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. The audience thought a goal was coming when Harry Hultman got free with Dennis Ibar in the 10th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Wiktor Lingren made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alvaro Sarratea in the 13th minute of play. Fidel Laores kicked well hit freekick during the 17th minute of the match. Wiktor Lingren took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Xever Yanes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Dennis Ibar took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Harry Hultman, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 25th minute, Fidel Laores hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Dennis Ibar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Allan Rudqvist in the 28th minute of play. Dennis Ibar acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 30th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Sven Lind. 33 minutes into the game, Carolus Rex was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Golden Lions FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave ...Pingue S.C.... the free kick. After 33 played minutes Golden Lions FC got a freekick which was hit by Carolus Rex. After 36 played minutes, ...Pingue S.C....'s Ursino Boher shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Wiktor Lingren came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in ...Pingue S.C.... reached it. Wiktor Lingren made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fidel Laores in the 37th minute of play. 40 minutes into the match, Golden Lions FC's Harry Hultman sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Dennis Ibar narrowly saved just below the crossbar. If Fidel Laores had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Vicente Villaverde was the one to do the kick off. When Jose-Antonio Rescuro was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 56 minutes had been played. After 56 played minutes ...Pingue S.C.... got a freekick which was hit by Jose-Antonio Rescuro. In the 57th minute of the match Sven Lind sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Dennis Ibar skillfully saved the ball. After 59 minutes, Elkin Corel mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the ...Pingue S.C.... and the Golden Lions FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 59 played minutes ...Pingue S.C.... got a freekick which was hit by Elkin Corel. Sven Lind took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 60th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Dennis Ibar. ...Pingue S.C....'s goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. ...Pingue S.C....'s Dennis Ibar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Allan Rudqvist in the 65th minute of play. Fidel Laores fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Wiktor Lingren having to interfere. 70 minutes into the match, ...Pingue S.C....'s goal looked a bit too open when Allan Rudqvist came free, but Dennis Ibar reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Dennis Ibar showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Harry Hultman, who was totally free with the ball in the 72nd minute. Alfred Sandberg hit a great freekick 75 minutes into the match. In the 80th minute Torbjörn Svanberg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dennis Ibar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 87th minute, Ursino Boher hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Sven Lind took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 88th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Dennis Ibar. ...Pingue S.C....'s goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. When the final whistle sounded ...Pingue S.C.... left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Golden Lions FC.
