The crowd rose to their feet as PICCOLE PESTI's Fabio Trentini slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Edmundo Guimarães. That made the score 1-0 after 38 minutes of play. Edmundo Guimarães was out of position in the 43 minute of play, and Alfonso Aureli capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Alfonso Aureli really showed his touch with that goal: 2-0. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

After 51 played minutes PICCOLE PESTI got a freekick which was hit by Concetto Tofani. Sandro Domingues took the ball and in the 53 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Antonio Vulcano. Antonio Vulcano dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. Antonio Vulcano made a fantastic save in the 60th minute, when Sandro Domingues sent off a good shot on target. In the 68th minute, Cleiton Fernandez hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The supporters of PICCOLE PESTI booed when Ogro F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 70 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cleiton Fernandez didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 73rd minute, Fabio Trentini ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Edmundo Guimarães was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-1. Cleiton Fernandez received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 86th minute. Antonio Vulcano tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Edmundo Guimarães took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fabio Trentini, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 94 minutes into the game, Frank Salemme cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 5-1. Edmundo Guimarães was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. PICCOLE PESTI were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Ogro F.C. for a fine match.
