The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Abel Borges helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Olimpia HSB booed when Ɍυƒυs™ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 44 match minutes in a wonderful position. Abel Borges didn't get a good kick on the ball. After the first half Olimpia HSB were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Éder Brites to make the kick off. With a little luck, Ɍυƒυs™'s Lourenço Velasques got control of the ball when Izydor Jucha tried to sneak it across the goal line. Through an outstanding action, after 76 minutes, Lourenço Velasques successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Gervásio Lages hit a great freekick 88 minutes into the match. Wojciech Motowski kicked well hit freekick during the 93rd minute of the match. Olimpia HSB's Zbigniew Galagan got a good chance for a goal in the 96th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The Ɍυƒυs™ fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Olimpia HSB were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
