When Sebastián Ríos in the 11th play minute got the chance to kick a hard shot on goal from short distance neither the defense or Tome Campoamor kept up with the ball and suddenly the score was 1-0 when the ball slipped into goal inside the left pole. After having played for 13 minutes, Goði Golbæk managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Pαɳαɱα Jυɳισɾʂ FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Goði Golbæk was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Jonathan De Gracia was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 17th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. When the match had gone on for 18 minutes, Sebastián Ríos took a quick shot and it went in 2-0 without a chance for Tome Campoamor to make any attempt to save it. Sebastián Ríos recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 23rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Tome Campoamor stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Sebastián Ríos's shot from short distance in the 24th minute. Tome Campoamor made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sebastián Ríos in the 27th minute of play. After a rather tough play, VILLARREAL UNITED's Eusebio Cao got a free kick in the 41st minute. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Cresenciano Huarte to make the kick off. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Pedro Ríos during the 65th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Pedro Ríos hit a great freekick 65 minutes into the match. But to his dismay, Reggie De Gracia quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. A collision led to VILLARREAL UNITED getting a freekick after 76 minutes play. Frodo Hernandez hit a great ball. After some careless play in the VILLARREAL UNITED defense, Sebastián Ríos kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Tome Campoamor. The VILLARREAL UNITED fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Tome Campoamor should have stopped the shot. 85 minutes into the match, VILLARREAL UNITED's goal looked a bit too open when Reggie De Gracia came free, but Tome Campoamor reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 95 minutes into the match, Pαɳαɱα Jυɳισɾʂ FC's Sebastián Ríos sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Tome Campoamor narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Pαɳαɱα Jυɳισɾʂ FC's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
