Spectators: 10000 (Terracing: 7500, Seating: 2300, VIP seats: 200) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Christoffer Öberg took the kick off in the first half of the match. In the 3rd match minute, Xentrias was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kim Joensson to maneuver through the defense. 6 minutes into the game, Telmo da Fonseca was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Castanheiro SC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Xentrias the free kick. Xentrias were furious when Kim Joensson was red carded, 9 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. Ronaldo Pinho's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Gunnar Jakobsson read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 10th minute of play. Gunnar Jakobsson made a fantastic save in the 14th minute, when Júnior Alagoano sent off a good shot on target. In the 17th minute Pelle Rudqvist shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Doni Seco saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 18 played minutes Xentrias got a freekick which was hit by Lukas Bjursell. In the 19th minute of the match Marco Bezerra shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Gunnar Jakobsson showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Geovani Madureira struck a weak shot in the 26th minute. Gunnar Jakobsson didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Castanheiro SC. During the 27th minute of the match Telmo da Fonseca completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Telmo da Fonseca a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. After a rather tough play, Castanheiro SC's Telmo da Fonseca got a free kick in the 27th minute. In the 29th minute, Luisinho Seco hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Doni Seco made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pelle Rudqvist in the 30th minute of play. In the 36th match minute, Castanheiro SC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ulisses Senna to maneuver through the defense. Júnior Alagoano fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gunnar Jakobsson having to interfere.

The wind increased when Mauro Sarmento made the kick off in the second half. Serafim Cearense's late challenge caught a Xentrias's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Serafim Cearense helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Castanheiro SC getting a freekick after 54 minutes play. Serafim Cearense hit a great ball. In the 60th minute Júnior Alagoano shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gunnar Jakobsson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 62nd minute, Serafim Cearense hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Doni Seco made a fantastic save in the 65th minute, when Pelle Rudqvist sent off a good shot on target. Marco Bezerra charged in rather forcefully in the 67th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Marco Bezerra the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Marco Bezerra kicked well hit freekick during the 67th minute of the match. Marco Bezerra got his second yellow card in the match during the 75th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. Marco Bezerra hit a great freekick 75 minutes into the match. The supporters of Xentrias booed when Castanheiro SC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 78 match minutes in a wonderful position. Júnior Alagoano didn't get a good kick on the ball. Doni Seco made an important save on a dangerous shot by Pelle Rudqvist in the 79th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marcelo Eger in the 86th minute of play forced Xentrias's goalkeeper Gunnar Jakobsson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
