Horaţiu Nițoi made an important save on a dangerous shot by Falcão Marques in the 2nd minute. 4 minutes into the match, Rondinone F.C - FDFDF's goal looked a bit too open when Ovidiu Pătrașcu came free, but Charles Sarmento reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Iulian Taşcu kicked well hit freekick during the 15th minute of the match. Rondinone F.C - FDFDF's Charles Sarmento played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mugur Onitiu in the 21st minute of play. 23 minutes into the match, -BZF- Barca de Buzau's goalkeeper Horaţiu Nițoi had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Falcão Marques. The audience thought a goal was coming when Adalberto Vianna got free with Horaţiu Nițoi in the 24th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Adalberto Vianna recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 25th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 26 played minutes -BZF- Barca de Buzau got a freekick which was hit by Basarab Achimescu. Rafinha Sergipano blasted a shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Horaţiu Nițoi having to make a save. -BZF- Barca de Buzau's defense didn't have a chance, in the 46th minute, when Adalberto Vianna scored to the left of an out of position Horaţiu Nițoi, making the score, 2-0. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Gil dos Santos to make the kick off. In the 55th minute, Ovidiu Pătrașcu got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Rondinone F.C - FDFDF's Adalberto Vianna got a good chance for a goal in the 57th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 61 minutes, João Vítor Alves mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Rondinone F.C - FDFDF and the -BZF- Barca de Buzau players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of -BZF- Barca de Buzau booed when Rondinone F.C - FDFDF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 61 match minutes in a wonderful position. João Vítor Alves didn't get a good kick on the ball. Rondinone F.C - FDFDF made a substitution. Daniel França replaced Perivaldo Pitta. In the 63rd match minute, Rondinone F.C - FDFDF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by João Vítor Alves to maneuver through the defense. Rondinone F.C - FDFDF's Luís Eduardo Arce was substituted for Falcão Marques. In the 65th match minute, -BZF- Barca de Buzau was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Felix Vorniceanu to maneuver through the defense. After 68 played minutes -BZF- Barca de Buzau got a freekick which was hit by Basarab Achimescu. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Gil dos Santos in the 71st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Horaţiu Nițoi saved -BZF- Barca de Buzau from getting behind. Iulian Taşcu hit a great freekick 75 minutes into the match. Horaţiu Nițoi stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Gil dos Santos's shot from short distance in the 76th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gil dos Santos in the 80th minute of play forced -BZF- Barca de Buzau's goalkeeper Horaţiu Nițoi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 86th minute, Gil dos Santos made a precise shot to the right of Horaţiu Nițoi. -BZF- Barca de Buzau's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-0. In the 90th match minute, Rondinone F.C - FDFDF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gil dos Santos to maneuver through the defense. If Ovidiu Pătrașcu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Rondinone F.C - FDFDF's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
