A collision led to MAZER SAF getting a freekick after 8 minutes play. Cafu Alagoano hit a great ball. 10 minutes into the game, Terkild Solving was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Injuries's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave MAZER SAF the free kick. In the 10th minute, Terkild Solving hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, Injuries's Kenny Sandberg got a free kick in the 19th minute. 19 minutes into the match, MAZER SAF's Bernardinho Cunha broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. After having played for 22 minutes, Bernardinho Cunha managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. MAZER SAF's supporters crossed their fingers, but Bernardinho Cunha was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Phil Lipp could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 23rd minute of the match, but Matheus Donelli made a huge save. Matheus Donelli made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rosen Philippe in the 25th minute of play. Rosen Philippe received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Matheus Donelli came out and tried to block the shot, but Rosen Philippe slotted it home off the left post making it 2-0 in the 30th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bernardinho Cunha in the 38th minute of play forced Injuries's goalkeeper Augustus Bie to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Augustus Bie showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bernardinho Cunha, who was totally free with the ball in the 41st minute. Augustus Bie took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ángel Romero, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Augustus Bie made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bernardinho Cunha in the 46th minute of play. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Phil Lipp stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The crowd rose to their feet as MAZER SAF's Ángel Romero slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Augustus Bie. That made the score 2-1 after 52 minutes of play. Augustus Bie made a fantastic save in the 58th minute, when Ángel Romero sent off a good shot on target. When Roger Deickow fell near the penalty area in the 59th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Injuries's protests and gave Roger Deickow a yellow card for diving instead. In the 59th match minute, Injuries was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Roger Deickow to maneuver through the defense. Injuries made a substitution. Karljohan Norlander replaced Sonni Wedervang. After 61 played minutes Injuries got a freekick which was hit by Roger Deickow. MAZER SAF's Matheus Donelli played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rosen Philippe in the 65th minute of play. MAZER SAF's João Carlos Fantini was substituted for Rômulo Amaral. MAZER SAF's Victor Donato was substituted for André Luís Vargas. In the 71st minute Cafu Alagoano shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Augustus Bie saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Augustus Bie took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ángel Romero, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 77 played minutes Cafu Alagoano rounded Injuries's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 2-2.
