Spectators: 7506 (Terracing: 5630, Seating: 1726, VIP seats: 150) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Raul Moise kicked off to start the match. After some careless play in the PHOENIX Cluj-Napoca defense, Raul Moise kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Dacian Ghițescu. The PHOENIX Cluj-Napoca fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Dacian Ghițescu should have stopped the shot. Sportivo Desamparados's supporters crossed their fingers, but Alejo Oxel was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Dacian Ghițescu didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Raul Moise went, in the 41st minute, to the upper right corner, 0-5 was the resulting score. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-5 lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Codruț Macaneață was the one to do the kick off. The corner led to Sportivo Desamparados's Alejo Oxel getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. Raul Moise was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 57th minute. Sportivo Desamparados's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Dacian Ghițescu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Raul Moise in the 64th minute of the match. In the 65th minute, Raul Moise reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Dacian Ghițescu. The goal made the score 0-6. 71 minutes into the game, Raul Moise recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Dacian Ghițescu. Raul Moise showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-7. Raul Moise recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 74th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 76th minute, Sportivo Desamparados's Raul Moise ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Dacian Ghițescu. Dacian Ghițescu yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-8. In the 79th minute, Raul Moise left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Sportivo Desamparados fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-9. Dacian Ghițescu was a little too slow when Raul Moise got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 83rd minute. The score was now 0-10. With a little luck, PHOENIX Cluj-Napoca's Dacian Ghițescu got control of the ball when Raul Moise tried to sneak it across the goal line. Dacian Ghițescu came out of the goal in the 87th minute to try and stop a shot by Sportivo Desamparados's Raul Moise. But to his dismay, Raul Moise quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-11. In the 93rd minute, Raul Moise ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Dacian Ghițescu was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-12.
