Gláuber Brodel made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Sten Melberg recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 23rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Gláuber Brodel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sten Melberg in the 28th minute of the match. In the 58th match minute, Morro Grande E.C was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alfredinho Vieira to maneuver through the defense. Gláuber Brodel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sten Melberg, who was totally free with the ball in the 64th minute. With a little luck, Morro Grande E.C's Gláuber Brodel got control of the ball when Ivan Drake tried to sneak it across the goal line. Ivan Drake received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Gláuber Brodel came out and tried to block the shot, but Ivan Drake slotted it home off the left post making it 0-5 in the 87th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Arnaldo da Fonseca in the 89th minute of play forced Morro Grande E.C's goalkeeper Gláuber Brodel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A sloppy throw-in by Kaká Sampaio in the 92nd minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Di Röe's Petter Wallmark. Gláuber Brodel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Romeo Gologan in the 95th minute of play. Di Röe's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
