In the 15th minute Horacio Sayveon shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alisson Becker saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Juventudes Libertárias's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Rubinho Loureiro in the 19th minute. Horacio Sayveon blasted a shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Alisson Becker having to make a save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gilson Meirelles in the 38th minute of play forced E.C.MUKY JOINVILLE's goalkeeper Alexandre Brasil to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Alexandre Brasil showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Agostinho Almeida in the 40th minute of the match. When Ruy Melo came up free with the goalie in the 41st minute, the E.C.MUKY JOINVILLE fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ruy Melo couldn't finish the play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Horacio Sayveon in the 58th minute a chance for a shot on goal.
