Score! 1-0. Gil Gouveia showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Leal Malafaia, who was totally free with the ball in the 43rd minute. When Silvano Simões fell near the penalty area in the 44th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Aveiro FC's protests and gave Silvano Simões a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Valadas booed when Aveiro FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 44 match minutes in a wonderful position. Silvano Simões didn't get a good kick on the ball.
